Mr. Hafeez Yakoobi is a distinguished scholar with a multiplicity of talents,
skills and experiences regarding Afghan issues.  He has a BA in International
Relations, a BA in Journalism and a certificate in Orthopedic Technology in
the field of medicine.  Yakoobi has been member of many important
organizations such as the Institute for Afghan Studies, Partnership
Afghanistan an Ottawa Canada organization, Black Star Community Resource
Center also in Ottawa and a few other important organizations in that
country.  Presently, he is the country director in Afghanistan of Future
Generation, an American organization.  His achievements are many and his work
has brought him in contact with many NGO's and professional organizations
that serve in Afghanistan. He has also been recognized for his work with
awards.
